Manny Glaros grew up with a love for the game, rarely seen without a ball and glove in his hand. His passion for baseball has only grown over the years as he’s dedicated himself to coaching his three boys since 2017. Manny is also a proud member of the coaching staff at Seffner Christian Academy, where he continues to mentor and inspire young athletes.

After spending 20 years working in the family business, Manny took a leap of faith to make his lifelong dream a reality with founding G3 Baseball. But he’s just getting started—Manny envisions G3 expanding to include an academy dedicated to developing young players and a foundation to help kids achieve their dreams through the sport he loves.
